Hypnobirthing Classes in West Yorkshire & Online
All of my hypnobirthing classes are relaxed and engaging, I use plenty of demonstrations to make things memorable.
Don’t panic, I won’t make you do anything weird, I won’t be hypnotising you either. You can choose how involved you would like to be and there is absolutely no pressure at all to participate in anything, it’s all very relaxed.
There are a few options available in terms of choosing a class that suits you best. All of my hypnobirthing classes are available either online or in-person within West Yorkshire.
Group hypnobirthing Class
In-Person, face to face (Wakefield) & online
Group courses are held 3 times a year at my home in Wakefield - My next group course is in February 2025 across 2 Sunday mornings 16th & 23rd (9am - 1pm) - At my home in Castleford, Wakefield (WF10)
Perfect if you are due between March - June 2025
£255 includes a space for you and your birth partner
Get to know other expectant parents whilst preparing for a calm and confident birth with me. Hypnobirthing group classes run in West Yorkshire.
Private 121 Full hypnobirthing Class
The cost of this course is £365 (online or face to face in West Yorkshire)
An online or in-person, private hypnobirthing class for you and your birth partner. Dedicated sessions with me at a time and date to suit you.
Private 121 Intensive hypnobirthing Class
The cost of this class is £230 (online or face to face in West Yorkshire)
For those who have found hypnobirthing a bit later on in their pregnancy, or those who are short on time. In-person hypnobirthing classes are in West Yorkshire areas only. Online courses are also available.
Private 121 Refresher hypnobirthing Class
The cost of this course is £130 (online and face to face in West Yorkshire)
For those who have used hypnobirthing for a previous birth and want a recap. It doesn’t matter if your previous course was with me or not. In-person refresher hypnobirthing classes are in West Yorkshire areas only. Online refresh hypnobirthing classes are also available.
Private 121 Calm Caesarean Birth Class
The cost of this course is £205 (online and face to face in West Yorkshire)
For those wanting to use hypnobirthing during a C Section to feel in control, calm and confident. In-person C - Section hypnobirthing classes are taught in West Yorkshire areas only or online.

The Signature Birth Preparation Package
The cost of this class is £650 (online or face to face in West Yorkshire)
The premium package is for those who want a bespoke birth preparation package that also includes a postnatal course. This package includes a full hypnobirthing course, birth plan session, 2 x Zoom refresher sessions and a postnatal course. You will get dedicated time with me at a time and date that suits you and support from me until your baby arrives.
