Live Online Hypnobirthing Courses

Pregnant and wanting to attend a live hypnobirthing class from the comfort of your own home?

I am currently offering online tickets for my group hypnobirthing courses that are running in 2024. You can join the live course via Zoom.

All classes are taught live by myself, a hypnobirthing teacher of 5 years. This is not a pre recorded course, I will run each session so that you can still ask questions and get up to date information.

I also host private 121 courses online too. I have worked with over 300 families from all over the world, from Wakefield to Australia.

I have tailored my hypnobirthing classes to 2 x 4 hour sessions, this is not just a powerpoint presentation, I get you and your birth partner to work together to complete important and beneficial tasks. I do not sit for 4 hours and just talk to you, I make sure that the classes are still interactive for you both so that you are able to consume all of the vital information.

Benefits of taking an online, live hypnobirthing course:

  1. Covid isn’t a problem: You won’t ever have to miss a class if you get covid, you can join from the comfort of your own home.

  2. Sessions can be recorded and sent to you: If for any reason you can’t attend one of the live sessions, I can record the session for you and send it over for you to watch at a later date. You won’t miss anything.

  3. Cheaper sessions compared to other parts of the UK: My online courses reflect the price of classes taught in the Yorkshire area, these do tend to be cheaper than hypnobirthing courses in other parts of the UK, for instance, London. You can join from anywhere, so you might be able to utilise the cheaper price even if you are based in higher priced areas. The online tickets are slightly cheaper than the in person tickets as I do not have any overheads to pay for such as a venue.

  4. Sessions have been tailored to work over zoom: I worked hard during 2020 to perfect my courses so that they work well via Zoom. They are interactive so that you don’t lose interest.

  5. No traffic jams / rushing to the venue: Simply log on to zoom at home and join us, there is no need to go out in the cold and get stuck in traffic.

  6. Join from anywhere in the world: All of my courses are run in the UK,as long as you are able to join us for the start time, then you are more than welcome to attend from anywhere in the world. If a private courses is more suitable for you then we can arrange a time between us. I have previously taught clients in Spain and Australia.

  7. Join in your comfies with a biscuit and a brew: PJ’s / comfy clothes are encouraged, you can join with some snacks and a cup of tea, we always take a short break half way through to allow you to restock the snacks too.

  8. Sceptical birth partner’s relax more with an online course: For those birth partners who are bit worried about the hypnosis part of hypnobirthing, joining from the comfort of their own home allows them to relax more. So many sceptical birth partners have since told me that joining an online course allowed them to feel more comfortable. They can be as involved as much or as little as they like.

  9. Group courses have a What’s App group for all families to join: If you are worried that you will miss out on meeting other expectant parents, fear not. I create a What’s App group for everyone on the course to join if they wish, you can stay in touch and create that bond.

  10. Coffee and cake monthly catch up is still available: For anyone local to Wakefield you are more than welcome to still attend my coffee and cake mornings at my home in Castleford.

So what are you waiting for, come and join me for one of my hypnobirthing courses and prepare for your upcoming birth.
