I’m a Leeds girl at heart, so even though I now live in Castleford, Leeds is just a stone's throw away. I have taught many expectant couples, hypnobirthing in the Leeds area. They either go on to give birth at Leeds General Infirmary, St James’s hospital or at home. If you are wanting to fully prepare for your upcoming birth by learning plenty of coping techniques, then Hypnobirthing is perfect for you.

Group hypnobirthing courses near Leeds
I run group hypnobirthing courses from my home in Castleford (WF10) which is easily accessible from many places in Leeds. Local to Methley, Oulton, Woodlesford, Rothwell, Garforth and Colton.
I live very close to the M62 so it’s also easy for those further afield in Leeds.
Group courses run just 3 times a year. My next available group course starts in February 2025 and runs across 2 x Sunday mornings.
This course is perfect if you are due your baby between March - June 2025.

Join the hypnobirthing with Hannah coffee morning
Whatever course you choose, you are invited to attend my coffee and cake morning at ‘My Cup Of Tea’ cafe in Altofts which runs twice a year. You can meet other local Mum’s to be / new Mum’s who have also taken a hypnobirthing course with me. Close to areas in Leeds such as Methley and Rothwell. You can also have your photo taken with your bump / little one in front of their gorgeous flower wall.

Group hypnobirthing course:
A full birth preparation course that takes place at my house in Wakefield over 2 Sunday mornings. Meet other expectant parents whilst learning techniques to help you feel confident about giving birth. Just off the M62, easy to access.
Private 121 hypnobirthing courses:
If you would like to work with me on a 121 basis and have dedicated time with me then a private course might be more suitable for you. I offer 121 hypnobirthing sessions in person within West Yorkshire or online. You are also more than welcome to attend my home in Castleford for the sessions if you wish.
