I’m likely to be just around the corner from you. I have lived in Castleford for almost 10 years now and even gave birth at Pinderfields Birth Centre in 2018 to my little girl and more recently gave birth to my little boy at home in 2023.
Whilst I cover the whole of West Yorkshire teaching hypnobirthing courses, I secretly love teaching hypnobirthing at my home in Castleford (WF10) which is easily accessible from Pontefract, Featherstone, Ossett, Lofthouse and basically anywhere close to the M62.
The majority of my 300 hypnobirthing clients also live in Wakefield (you can read their birth stories below) and choose to either give birth at Pinderfields hospital / Pinderfields birth centre or at home.

Group Hypnobirthing Courses:

Prepare for birth whilst meeting other expectant parents. Classes are run at my home in Castleford (Wakefield), just off the M62 on 2 Sunday mornings. I run group courses 3 times a year. My next available group course starts in February 2025, perfect if you are due between March - June 2025.

Hypnobirthing Coffee Morning (Wakefield)
As part of taking a course with me, you are invited to attend the coffee and cake morning at “My Cup Of Tea” cafe in Altofts, Normanton that runs twice a year. This is a great opportunity to meet other local Mum’s to be / new Mum’s who have also taken a hypnobirthing course with me. You can also have a photo taken with your bump / little one in front of their gorgeous flower wall (see below).
