Congratulations on your pregnancy, it’s such an exciting time for you. I’m guessing you have stumbled across hypnobirthing because you are either feeling a little nervous about childbirth or you have heard amazing things about it. Either way, I am here to help you feel calm, confident and feeling in control during the birth of your baby.
I live in Castleford but I was born and bred in Kippax. I often venture to Rothwell for the park, Colton for ‘The Springs’ and Garforth for the Restaurants. You will be pleased to hear that I teach group hypnobirthing courses from my home in Castleford, just a stone’s throw away.
I also teach private hypnobirthing course in any of these areas, I am more than happy to travel to you to deliver a hypnobirthing class in the comfort of your own home or you are more than welcome to have your course at my house in Castleford.
Group Hypnobirthing Courses
Group courses run 3 times a year at my home in Castleford (Wakefield) across 2 Sunday mornings.
These are small groups where you will have the opportunity to learn lots about birth whilst meeting other people.

Private 121 Hypnobirthing Courses
Dedicated time with me at a date and time that suits you.
Private courses can be run at either your home (West Yorkshire), my home (Wakefield) or online.
There are lots of different courses available, from full hypnobirthing courses, to intensive courses and refresher courses.
You will also be more than welcome to attend the coffee and cake morning at “My Cup Of Tea’ cafe in Altofts, Normanton that I run twice a year. You can meet other local Mum’s to be / New Mum’s who have also taken a hypnobirthing course with me.
