Hannah teaches hypnobirthing in Wakefield to help expectant parents feel confident for childbirth

Hannah teaching a hypnobirthing course in Wakefield

I’m so excited to be bringing back in person, face to face hypnobirthing courses to Wakefield. I have taught hypnobirthing to over 200 families over the past 3 years from all over the world, from right here in Wakefield to over in Australia.

Whilst the majority of my hypnobirthing classes have been online since the pandemic, I now feel that it is safe enough to run a group hypnobirthing course in person.

Me and 5 expectant couples at my home in Castleford after their hypnobirthing course.

From April 2022, you can join me and other expectant parents at my home in Castleford (Arnall Street, Castleford, Wakefield, WF10 5WG) for a full hypnobirthing course that will leave you feeling excited and prepared for childbirth. My house is just off the M62 (junction 31) so is easily accessible from the motorway.

My courses have helped so many expectant couples to feel calm and confident for birth and the techniques that they have learnt from hypnobirthing have supported them during labour (you can read birth stories from my clients who have birth at Pinderfields hospital and birth centre a little further down.)

Just a £50 deposit will secure your space on the April group hypnobirthing course, there is just 2 spaces left so don’t leave it too late.

You can find out more about my in person classes and reserve your space on either the June and August course here:

You will also be invited to my monthly coffee and cake mornings held at “My Cup Of Tea” cafe in Normanton (WF6 2JH). This is such a great opportunity for you to meet other like minded parents who have also completed a course with me. Bumps, babies and toddlers are all welcome. We grab a hot drink and a piece of cake and just have a chat.

Have a read of some of my local clients birth stories who have given birth in both Wakefield and Leeds, some at Pinderfields hospital / Birth Centre, at Leeds General Infirmary, others at St James’s Hospital and some at home too. We have a mixture of natural births, induced births, home births, water births, first time births, second time births. They all have one thing in common, hypnobirthing allowed them to feel empowered, in control and strong during labour:

Hannah’s course was absolutely amazing! I’d been fearful of birth for as long as I can remember. The hospital recommended I look into hypnobirthing to try help with my anxiety and worry around birth.

I didn’t think it would ever be possible for me to look forward to giving birth, but after the course and the weeks of practicing that’s exactly how I felt.
